Adquio multi IOs modbus module

This module allows you to carry out complete control of your climate machines, exchangers, chillers, evaporator / condenser units, air treatment units, etc. In general, any device that needs controls of all kinds such as relays, digital and analog signals, both input and output.

With this device you will improve your facilities for these reasons:

  • You don’t need to install a programmable controller to integrate a machine.
  • The cost of machine integration is divided, since its control is simplified.
  • You can connect screens, thermostats, etc. directly to this device for manual control of it. (Requires study and programming depending on the case).

Another of its important uses is that we can customize its programming specifically for a specific machine and it can work in a disconnected way without the need for a programmable controller, this is ideal for manufacturers, since by integrating it into their machines, it provides their customers with a fully functional machine. and controllable via modbus RTU, and if desired with a control screen where the end customer can set slogans, view statuses, etc.

Front connectors and top indicators

  1. Power connection, 24V DC
  2. Microswitches for modbus address configuration.
  3. 485 slave connector with 3 contacts A, B and GND. You use it to control this device from a higher purchase or controller.
  4. 485 master connector with 3 contacts A, B and GND. You use them if you want to connect a control display or thermostat directly to this device. (Designed for cases in which this device is used in a pre-programmed way to perform a very specific function, controlling a machine).
  5. 4 Inputs that can be used as analog and digital, admit a voltage range from 0 to 24 volts, when read as digital, 1 is assumed when passing 4.7V.
  6. 4 pairs of contacts for 4 PT1000 probes.
  7. Error indicator.
  8. Indicator of correct connection with the master.

Rear connectors

  1. 10 contacts for 5 dry contact relays with support up to 10A at 250V.
  2. 4 0-24V digital outputs with power transistors to drive relays.
  3. 4 Inputs that can be used as analog and digital, admit a voltage range from 0 to 24 volts, when read as digital, 1 is assumed when passing 4.8V.
  4. GND connector, ground or negative pole, useful for nearby digital outputs.
  5. 4 0-10V analog outputs.
