Adquio connection requirements
The entire range adquio has some connection requirements to be able to offer you all the services that you like so much, below we will detail what these requirements are. In a managed network you must pass this information on to your IT administrator.
Change internet connectión
In the event that any of our controllers change network in their internet access, it will be necessary to restart it so that it takes a new IP on the new network.
Sending data to Adquio Cloud
The network must allow Internet access to port 443 of the IPs that the domain name resolves cloud.adquio.com .
Direct access to the device
Adquio must be accessible from the local network to the port 8080 or 80 . This allows you to connect to its web interface.
Device access from adquio cloud
The network must allow Internet access to ports 13003 and 13005 of the IPs that resolve the domain names connections-manager.adquio.com Y adquios.backups.adquio.com respectively.
Access to adquio and devices behind
The network must allow Internet access to the ports 21xxxof the IPs that the domain name resolves vpn.adquio.com .
Maintain the correct time
Collect data in correct time. The network must allow Internet access to the IPs resolved by the domains: ntp1.adquio.com, ntp2.adquio.com, ntp3.adquio.com and ntp4.adquio.com.
Allow adquio to update from internet
The network must allow Internet access to the IP resolved by the domain: apt.adquio.com
Permit HMI screens support
Access to internet on ports 80 and 443.
