Many of our customers have asked us for the option of being able to self-lock our screens to prevent misuse and having to use a PIN to unlock it, this PIN will only be in possession of authorized personnel.
Let’s see how to do it on an Adquio Screen Casambi Gateway;
Scroll from the bottom to see the application manager, click on the green gear.
Go to Settings, Security, Screen Lock.
We must select the locking system that best suits the customer.

Go to the Settings, Applications and Notifications option.
We enter in the upper central option: see all applications.
Click on the dots at the top right and select “Show System”. Go back and in the list we go down to “Photo Screensavers” and press it.

We check the “Allow” option and we can exit the configuration.

Click on the “Display” option
Enter the “Screen timeout” option.
Select the time that suits you best, in our case 15 seconds.

Click on the “Display” option
Open “Advanced”, and enter “Screensaver”.
Click on “Current Screensaver” and…
Sselect the “Photo frame” option, go back…
Click on the green gear at the top right.
You must select the folder containing the photo or photos we want to display. If more than one is included, they will be displayed alternately.
Go back to the previous option and enter “When to start”, select the option “While charging or docking”.
You have finished.
(Do not use this functionality if the display is working as a Casambi Gateway).
