In this shopping center of more than 66,000 meters, Adquio was the solution to control all these systems on a single platform.
To optimize the management of the shopping center, we implemented the Adquio ecosystem, a hierarchical and highly scalable control architecture highly scalable.
In the core of the system, Adquio Server acts as the central brain, coordinating multiple Adquio Lite and Mini controllers, responsible for the direct control of key subsystems such as air conditioning, chillers, cooling towers and pumps.
Thanks to this infrastructure, all information is collected in real time and processed strategically, optimizing resources and anticipating possible incidents. In addition, each store is individually managed, allowing precise control of energy consumption and ensuring a comfortable environment for customers.
Through Adquio Cloud BMS, all energy consumption data is available at any time, allowing automatic and periodic extraction of information to generate transparent and accurate billing reports without manual intervention. This not only saves time, but also avoids errors and ensures efficient management of energy costs.
The HVAC system is managed in a fully digitalized way with real-time data, facilitating predictive maintenance. Instant detection of incidents, such as clogged filters or disconnected devices, allows for more agile interventions and significantly reduces downtime, ensuring smooth and continuous operation.
The solution also enables the visualization and storage of key operational data, such as consumption, temperatures, CO₂ and CO levels in parking lots, among others. This information facilitates decision making based on real data, improving the operational efficiency and sustainability of the building.
