The Challenge

The challenge was clear:
✔ Automate and centralize the control of chillers, boilers and pumping circuits serving the air conditioning and heating system.
Manage multiple air conditioning devices with a scalable and efficient system.
Remote access to optimize real-time management.

The Solution

Heating and air conditioning automation

✔ Installation of 1 Adquio Pro for control of: 1 chiller, 1 pumping group, 3 air conditioners connected via bus 485.
✔ Regulation of air conditioning in the main auditorium and other common areas.

Implementation of a second electrical panel

✔ Integrating 1 Adquio Pro and 1 Adquio IOs allowing to manage a larger number of signals.
✔ Performing boiler room control, with 1 boiler, 5 pumping circuits and multiple valves.

Intelligent management and monitoring

✔ 7″ touch screens in each electrical panel for local control.
✔ Remote monitoring and control through Adquio Cloud, accessible from anywhere.

The following results were achieved with the solutions implemented:

✔ Total automation of air conditioning and heating in the conservatory.
✔ Centralized, real-time control, reducing operating costs and improving energy efficiency.
✔ Greater accessibility, with the possibility of managing the installation from anywhere thanks to cloud connectivity.
