Adquio multi IOs pro modbus module

Adquio Multi IOs Pro Modbus Module is an input and output module designed to expand the control capacity of technical installations, air conditioning, machinery, electrical panels, measurement systems, analog signals and distributed automation.

Thanks to its 10 digital inputs, 10 digital outputs, 7 analog inputs, 7 analog outputs and 4 inputs for PT1000 probes, it allows centralizing in a single device the reading of signals, the control of actuators and the integration of physical variables such as temperature, status, setpoints, levels, alarms or process signals.

Its Modbus RTU communication allows easy integration with Adquio controllers, PLCs, SCADA systems, BMS or any compatible platform, making it a flexible solution for projects where it is necessary to expand control points without adding unnecessary complexity.

Front connectors and top indicators

  1. Power indicator.
  2. Indicator of correct connection with the master.
  3. Error indicator.
  4. 4 pairs of contacts for 4 PT1000 probes.
  5. 7 Inputs that can be used as analog 0-10V and as digital, they support a voltage range from 0 to 24 volts, when read as digital 1 is assumed when passing 4.7V.
  6. Reset button to return the device to factory default, used to reset to known values of 9600 N 8 1, for Modbus communication.
  7. 485 master connector with 3 contacts A, B and GND. You use them if you want to connect a control display or thermostat directly to this device. (Designed for cases in which this device is used in a pre-programmed way to perform a very specific function, controlling a machine).
  8. GND connection for analog outputs.
  9. 4 Inputs that can be used as analog and digital, admit a voltage range from 0 to 24 volts, when read as digital, 1 is assumed when passing 4.8V.

Rear connectors

  1. GND, ground or negative pole connectors, useful for nearby digital outputs.
  2. 10 Inputs that can be used as analog and digital, they support a voltage range from 0 to 24 volts, when read as digital, 1 is assumed when passing 4.7V.
  3. 10 0-24V digital outputs with power transistors to handle relays.
