ADQUIO ANALYTICS · USE CASES

An office with a workshop and a research lab does not stop using energy at the end of the working day. Servers, test benches and technical loads need their own context.

This article presents a use case with simulated data. The main image is a generated illustration; the screenshots show the Adquio Analytics interface.

The scenario: Solar Office

The scenario combines engineering, administration, a workshop and R&D across 760 m². A team of 39 shares the building with servers, CAD workstations, welding equipment and test benches that maintain part of their demand around the clock.

Comparing occupancy, energy and indoor air quality helps separate permanent loads from work-related demand, while revealing the behaviour of the three phases and battery banks.

Questions this example helps answer

Visualisations become useful when they support a specific decision. This example helps explore the following questions:

Which loads remain outside working hours?

Do peaks coincide with workshop activity, R&D or HVAC?

How do carbon dioxide and temperature change with occupancy?

Technical reference for the example

These values define the reference scenario. They are simulation parameters, not a specification for a verified customer installation.

Energy overview

Compare solar production, demand, grid import and storage behaviour across the modelled day.

How to read it. Interpret the permanent load alongside working activity and the storage reserve.

Comfort and indoor air

Compare temperature, carbon dioxide and occupancy in engineering, administration and the workshop, alongside server-room and outdoor temperature.

How to read it. Distinguish a technical room from occupied workspaces when considering ventilation and comfort.

From example to your installation

The same approach can be adapted to the variables and equipment available in your project. Start with the decision to support, then choose the appropriate measurements, units, periods and visualisations.

DataSource collects and prepares the data, and Adquio Analytics presents it in dashboards. Review measurement coverage and keep the same boundary when comparing days, areas or equipment.

The screenshots illustrate analytical possibilities. They do not verify savings, operational results or automatic control of equipment in this example.
