Customized and Efficient Lighting in Offices with Adquio

In these London (UK) offices, the challenge was clear: to comply with ergonomics regulations and offer each worker the possibility of adjusting the lighting at his or her workstation independently.

Without an adequate solution, this need becomes an operational constraint, affecting employee productivity and comfort.

To address the need for customized lighting control, a 10-inch touchscreen-based solution was implemented, connected to an Adquio Mini running LiveScenes as the core of the system.

Each employee can select his or her location in the office and adjust the intensity of his or her lighting within the ranges set by the company, achieving the perfect balance between comfort and regulatory compliance.

In addition, a password-protected administrator mode was enabled, allowing authorized personnel to globally manage all luminaires with a single touch.

A smart, flexible solution, fully adapted to the client’s objectives: improving staff comfort, complying with ergonomics regulations and maintaining full control of the lighting system.

Thanks to Adquio’s implementation, our client has achieved:

✔ Greater visual comfort, improving the work experience of their employees.
✔ Compliance with regulations without losing flexibility.
✔ Centralized management of energy consumption and system operations.

Employees value positively the comfort and ease of use, while management highlights the reliability of the system and its scalability.

A project that demonstrates how Adquio technology transforms offices into smarter, more efficient and sustainable spaces.
